룩북 사진으로 브랜드 영상 만들기

이 영상, 촬영 안 했어요. 쇼핑몰에 넣을 브랜드 영상이 필요해서 지난번에 만든 룩북 사진으로 AI 영상을 뽑았어요.

7.9초짜리 영상이고, 컷은 5개예요. 컷 하나는 1~2.5초밖에 안 돼요.

① 만드는 과정

1. 레퍼런스 분석

마음에 드는 브랜드 광고 영상을 하나 골라서 클로드 코드한테 분석해 달라고 해요. 클로드가 영상을 컷 단위로 나눠서 구도랑 자세, 길이를 표로 정리해 줘요.

이 인스타 릴스 받아서 컷 단위로 나눠 줘.
컷마다 시간, 길이, 화면 크기(접사·전신·얼굴), 카메라 움직임, 모델 동작을 표로 정리하고
내 영상에 옮길 점을 알려줘.

제가 본 광고 영상에서 배운 건 이거예요.

• 앞 컷은 1초씩 빠르게, 마지막 두 컷만 길게. 빠르게 넘기다가 끝에서 멈춰요.
• 컷마다 화면 크기가 바뀌어요. 접사 → 전신 → 접사 … 같은 크기가 이어지면 방향(정면·옆·뒤)을 바꿔요.
• 얼굴은 마지막에 한 번만. AI 영상은 얼굴이 크게 움직일 때 가장 티가 나서, 구성으로 피하기 좋아요.

그래서 제 영상 컷 순서표는 이렇게 됐어요.

2. 영상 생성

영상의 첫 장면은 이미 뽑아 둔 룩북 사진이에요. 새로 뽑을 필요 없어요.

룩북 사진은 3:4라서, 세로 영상(9:16)에 쓸 땐 좌우만 잘라서 모델이 화면을 꽉 채우게 했어요. 가방이나 몸통 같은 접사는 큰 사진을 잘라서 확대한 걸 첫 장면으로 썼어요. 새로 뽑는 것보다 옷 디테일이 그대로 남아요.

컷마다 움직임은 클로드가 써서 힉스필드로 보내요. 저는 이렇게 말했어요.

이 사진을 첫 장면으로 걷기 컷 영상 만들어줘.
옆으로 걸어가게, 카메라는 움직이지 말고.
움직임 프롬프트 먼저 보여주고, 확인하면 보내줘.

움직임 프롬프트에 꼭 넣어야 하는 게 있어요. 안 넣으면 매번 이상하게 나와요.

• 카메라 고정: Locked-off tripod, static camera, no zoom, no pan — 안 쓰면 카메라가 제멋대로 움직여요.
• 입 다물기: lips closed, never speaks, never smiles — 안 쓰면 입을 벌려서 말하는 것처럼 나와요.
• 손가락까지 구체적으로: pinches ... between thumb and index finger — "손가락으로 당긴다"만 쓰면 손가락만 살짝 걸쳐요.
• 옷이랑 배경 그대로: 옷 이름과 색을 하나씩 적고 keep exactly the same shape, color 를 붙여요.

실제로 쓴 프롬프트 5개는 맨 아래 ②에 그대로 있어요.

3. 영상 편집

영상은 3초에서 5초 사이로 뽑았는데, 실제로 쓴 건 컷마다 1~2초예요. 뒤로 갈수록 꼭 어색한 데가 나오거든요.

잘 나온 부분만 고르면, 자르고 이어 붙이는 건 클로드가 해줘요. 몇 초에서 몇 초까지라고 말하지 않아도 돼요. 보이는 대로 말하면 클로드가 영상을 확인해서 잘라 줘요.

걷는 컷은 벽 모서리 보이기 전에 잘라줘

만들어진 걸 보면서 어색한 부분만 하나씩 고쳐 달라고 하면 돼요.

제가 제일 많이 헤맨 건 걷는 컷이에요.

• "5초 동안 화면을 가로질러 걸어"라고 하면 AI가 걸음을 늦춰서 슬로모션이 돼요. 카메라도 모델을 따라가요.
• 광고 영상도 걷는 장면은 1초밖에 안 써요. 걷는 중간 1~2초만 쓰면 돼요.
• 크레딧은 컷 하나에 Kling 3.0 Turbo 1080p 5초가 10, Kling 3.0 pro 3초가 5.25 들었어요(힉스필드 기준).
• 지금 다시 한다면 Kling 3.0 pro에 소리 끄고 뽑을 거예요. 5초 기준 Turbo(10)보다 싸고(8.75), 끝 장면도 넣을 수 있어요. 다만 pro는 제가 처음 쓰던 Starter 요금제에선 막혀 있었어요. Turbo는 소리를 끌 수 없어서 스튜디오 잡음 같은 소리가 같이 나오더라고요. 편집할 때 빼면 돼요.

② 클로드가 쓴 움직임 프롬프트

첫 장면 사진을 넣고 이 프롬프트를 붙여 넣으면 돼요. 옷 설명 부분은 내 옷에 맞게 바꿔 주세요.

전신 — 몸을 살짝 틀기 (1번 컷)

걷기 (3번 컷)

몸통 — 앞자락 잡기 (4번 컷)

ACTION, in this order, one smooth continuous movement: (1) Her right hand moves down and away from her neck to the left front edge of the dark brown blouson, just below the collar, and grips the jacket edge firmly: thumb on the outside of the fabric, the other four fingers curled underneath it. (2) At the same time her left hand rises from the bottom of the frame and grips the right front edge of the blouson the same way, thumb outside, four fingers inside. (3) Holding both front edges, she pulls the jacket up and slightly forward onto her shoulders with a small shrug, settling it on her body like putting it on properly, then lowers her shoulders; the waxed cotton creases and resettles naturally. 연결하는 방법은 지난번 자료에 있어요. 연결해 두면 위처럼 말로만 해도 클로드가 프롬프트를 쓰고, 힉스필드로 보내고, 나온 영상을 잘라서 확인까지 해줘요.

영상은 사진보다 크레딧이 훨씬 많이 들어요. 저는 "어느 모델로, 몇 초, 크레딧 얼마"를 먼저 말해 달라고 하고, 한 컷 먼저 보고 나머지를 뽑았어요.
